Area constructa is an international group of investors from Germany, Austria and Romania, whose main business activity is investment and full development of selected property projects. As an international developer, our main object is focused on land purchase and full development of selected projects.
The major project currently in the pipeline is in Eastern Europe. Project Swan, Bucharest, Romania, (link to www.swanofficepark.com), covers a total of 55 000 square metres of gross developed area intended exclusively for office space.
Few months ago, we have launched a big-size development project with 19 000 square metres of residential and commercial space. The development includes 4 buildings that will house some 200 apartments and 10 commercial units.
In Croatia, we are interested in the development of high quality residential projects and the development of commercial real estate, namely office building construction.
